Bootsie’s Kitchen was born from the heart and hands of Naomi “Bootsie” Smith, a beloved grandmother, mother, and community matriarch. This food trailer is a living tribute to Bootsie’s legacy and to her eldest sister, Hattie Jenkins (1946–2024). Every plate carries their spirit of family, faith, generosity and gathering around the table.
